Produce a current-state assessment with scored maturity radar, key findings, and root cause analysis per domain.

Develop Improvement Proposal
Structured proposal: scope per domain, recommended interventions, phasing, resources, and expected outcomes.

Create Action Plan with Owners & Timelines
Detailed action plan with SMART objectives, named owners, milestones, dependencies, and KPIs.

Proposal Presentation to Leadership
Present findings, roadmap, and action plan. Agree priorities, governance, and programme launch date.
